Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

“HFS”, “Us”, “Our”, “We” refers to “Healthy Food Solutions”.

“You“, “Your”, “User” or “Client” is any person(s), company or organisation who purchases or receives Services from HFS.

“Course” means an online course or training,  produced by HFS purchased by You.

“Site”, “Website”, “This Site” refers to www.healthyfoodsolutions.co.uk

These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract entered into between the Client and HFS to the exclusion of all other terms.
A Client will receive access to a Course only after they have confirmed that they have accepted these Terms prior to making a payment.

 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to Our Services, whether express or implied.

We will not be liable to any User of This Site or Our Services for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise (even if foreseeable) arising under or in connection with (a) use of, or inability to use, This Site; or (b) use of or reliance on any content displayed on This Site.

HFS total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the contract between a Client and HFS shall be limited to the contract price.

HFS shall not be liable to You for (a) any loss of profit, loss of production, depletion of goodwill and (b) any indirect loss, damage, costs or expenses whatsoever, in each case which arise out of or in connection with the contract between You and HFS .

These Terms and the contract between You and HFS do not create, confer or purport to confer any benefit or right enforceable by any person not a party to it.

 

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, all payments by the Client for our Courses via the Website will be made through PayPal.com or by BACS transfer.

Payments for Services will be made in full by the Client prior to the receipt of a Service.

 

REFUND POLICY

Courses purchased via This Site are non-refundable.

We will not refund You for a payment made by anyone else imposing as You and/or using your account and/or using your payment card and/or being logged in as You without Your consent and purchasing Our Services.

HFS reserves the right to refuse refunds once a service or services have been delivered or completed.

SERVICE QUALITY AND DELIVERY
You will be given access to a Service within 2 working days, or as soon as practicably possible, after payment has been made, except if We are on holiday or any applicable conditions listed below apply.

HFS shall not be liable for any delay caused by matters outside their control including: faults with the internet network and any other technical faults, fire, flood, adverse weather, disaster, war, death, sickness, theft, technological fault, etc.

HFS constantly endeavours to ensure the quality and accuracy of all information given is as up-to-date as possible. However, this can never be entirely guaranteed. Therefore, the Client should interpret all information and advice given as guidance and use it appropriately.
