Here’s a few of our clients and what we did to help them…
We provided consultancy services on the University’s menus, audited all the retail and catered food service outlets, and provided advice and guidance on allergen and nutritional compliance. We trained all the food service managers in allergen for EUFIC 2014.
We provided nutritional analysis (information) on a selection of Ryvita’s recipes and toppings for their website.
We created the original crispbread recipe for Freed Foods. Given a brief of a Swiss-style gluten free flatbread, we developed the product through a series of testing and refinements until we found something that worked. We refined this and perfected this until Freed Foods were happy with the result. The crispbreads are now in shops across the UK including Holland and Barrett.
Newcastle School for Boys
We consulted on the school menus to improve nutritional balance and improve costings. We provided training and advice on lunches to school cooks and parents.
We designed and delivered a health and wellbeing workshop for staff to evaluate their diets and health, and provided activities they could take away.
We delivered training for the catering department around nutrition and healthy eating to improve their menu and diet options.
